At Mystic Dhaaga, we try delivering your order as early as possible within the stipulated time frame. Right from processing to packaging to shipping, we maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take the time to read through and understand our policy thoroughly.
Mystic Dhaaga can ship orders to all locations within the Continental United States. Our U.S. shipping and handling options include Standard Shipping, 3-Day Business Shipping and Next Day Business Shipping. All of our orders are shipped via [USPS/UPS]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!
We do know and understand that you are purchasing your saree for a special occasion and try our best to meet your deadlines. Please plan ahead to ensure sufficient time to get your product.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are based on the product weight and dimensions and the shipping options you choose. They will be mentioned at the time of check out. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free shipping:
- Free shipping maybe applicable only at certain times or for order value over a determined amount as mentioned on the website. In the event Free shipping is not applicable, you will see shipping rates at checkout.
We reserve the right to end or alter this promotion at any time. Standard T&C will be applied.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Customized orders will take more time to process. You will be informed via email on the shipping time based on the customization needed
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours. Please allow [USPS/UPS] up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Damages and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within two days of delivery.
All of our shipments are fully insured, but we may require your assistance when proceeding with filing a claim. For missing shipments, we must file the claim within 120 calendar days from the date the shipment. For damaged shipments, you must notify us within two calendar days of delivery.
Depending on the nature of your claim, you may need to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that we send you once we begin the claim process.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Mystic Dhaaga allows a return only if the product is damaged or defective and the return request to be raised within 2 days of receiving the product by contacting customer care. Customer should return such product(s), within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving it, subject to the condition that, such product(s) is/are returned in a saleable condition with the price and info tags intact, the original folds and packaging retained, in an undamaged/unused condition.
In order to initiate the process of returning the products purchased on the Website in accordance with the 7 (Seven) working days return policy, the Customer has to raise the return request by contacting the customer desk via email or phone within 2 days of receiving the product. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, no Customer requests for return of products purchased on the Website will be entertained, unless the Customer raises the Return request within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Damages occurred due to improper product care and usage can be voidable as per Mystic Dhaaga’s return policy.
- Replacement of the products tendered on the Website is subject to inspection and checking by Mystic Dhaaga’s assigned quality check team.
Mystic Dhaaga has outlined the following procedure for a hassle-free return:
- Customer must raise the request by contacting our customer care at 309-533-1360 or write to us at Support@mysticdhaaga.com explaining the issue along with an image of the product.
- Following the acceptance of the request from Mystic Dhaaga to return, Customer must immediately ship the product to the designated address: Mystic Dhaaga, 3621 Pamela Dr, Bloomington, IL USA, within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving the product (date of delivery) Any further requests for return will not be entertained after such period.
- Customer must mention his/her name, order number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. Customer must ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to Mystic Dhaaga through designated courier.
- If the Customer has any questions in this regard, he/she may feel free to contact Mystic Dhaaga at 309-533-1360 or write to us at support@MysticDhaaga.com
- If the Customer decides to send us an e-mail, it must contain the comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Please note that Mystic Dhaaga shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the Customer’s e-mails.
- Notwithstanding any conditions set out here, while returning or exchanging the products, Customer must furnish a proof of purchase such as shipping invoice, gift receipt or member purchase history.
- On receipt of the product from the Customer in the manner described above, Mystic Dhaaga in its sole discretion will decide whether to issue a credit note/voucher that can be redeemed against any other future purchase on the Website, or to offer an refund to the original payment mode. Further, the Customer shall bear and pay for the shipping charges incurred by Mystic Dhaaga while implementing the 7 (Seven) day return policy. If the mistake is on our side, we shall return your shipping charges through credit note/voucher.
- On receipt of the product in the manner described above, if Mystic Dhaaga in its sole discretion finds that the product is ineligible for return, Mystic Dhaaga will contact such Customer through his/her registered email-ID or phone number with further instructions. In case, Mystic Dhaaga decides in this regard to return the product back to such Customer, then such Customer shall bear and pay for such courier charges.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCT
If Customer receives a product in packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, Customer is advised not to accept such product. Customer is advised to immediately get in touch with Mystic Dhaaga at support@MysticDhaaga.com & SMS or call at 309-533-1360
Upon Mystic Dhaaga being satisfied at its sole discretion that the product was not damaged by any actions on the part of the Customer and after inspecting the product for signs of use, Mystic Dhaaga shall either issue refund or exchange/replace the product.
COLOR, HANDWORK, SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION
- The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork, size etc.) as mentioned on the Mystic Dhaaga site are only approximate values, any request for return based these attributes will not be entertained.
- The customers who are preferring items with beaded embroidery and sequins must be aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Remember, even with the best of handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided altogether. So, before ordering such item please keeps these things in mind.
- The Customer must be aware of the description of the product is left to the aspirations of the handloom weavers and to the creative freedom of content writers. As such a product will not be considered for return or replacement on the sole basis of violation of the Content Description - either Short or Long Description.
While placing an order the Customer is advised to keep in mind about minor variations in color that can occur due to various reasons. Mystic Dhaaga tries its best to reproduce the exact color of the product on your screen, as seen on the monitor of the Customer. Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used. Garments also have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different lights. A 10% variation in shade is considered as normal.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellations or alterations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Thereafter we will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee it is possible since processing begins once your order is placed.
Q: I just placed an order but now want to cancel it. How can I do this?
A: Please e-mail, call or WhatsApp us immediately with your order # and request to cancel. Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement for a 100% refund back to your used method of payment. After 24 hours, order cancellation requests are only approved on a case-to-case basis. If your order cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full-refund.
Q: Why must I inform you within 24 hours of order placement if I want to cancel my order?
A: As soon as you place your order, we get to work right away! At this point, we start work on customizing or shipping your saree. So, we request all cancellation requests be reported to us within 24 hours of order placement only.
Q: I missed an important detail in my order. Do I need to cancel my order for this and place a new order?
A: Not at all! If you need to update something in your shipping/contact information or need to update your measurements, please e-mail us at support@mysticdhaaga.com within 24 hours of your order placement and we will make the required adjustments. Once we have shipped the item to you, however we will not be able to make any changes.
